Race Technology DASH2 Race And Road Dashboard
The Race Technology Dash 2 is a compact, robust, water resistant display unit for road, racing and vehicle testing applications, which can be used either as a standalone dash unit, or when linked to a Race Technology GPS data logger becomes a dash display with real time data display and functions, including speed, RPM, sensor readings and lap/sector times with predictive lap times. It is ideal for demanding applications from single seaters to a professional engineering environments. The Dash 2 either reads from sensors connected directly to the unit or via external sensors from a data logger. The data for each channel is then converted to the users preferred units and displayed on the screen (for example you could display exhaust gas temperature and oil pressure, then set your own high/low warning levels for each of the channels). The Dash 2 also negated the need for a track side beacon as it displays highly accurate lap and sector times - all calculated from GPS data. When used in stand-alone mode, the Dash 2 can monitor up to four analogue inputs. It has inputs for engine speed (RPM), vehicles speed, a non-resettable odometer and warning lights for full road legal operation. When the Dash 2 is connected to a Race Technology data logger, it can then be further configured to display many more parameters including real time lap and sector times calculated from GPS data, any available analogue measurements (temperatures, pressures etc), RPM, wheel/shaft speeds etc. The actual data displayed can be set up for the users specific requirements, including independent alarms for all channels. Please note: It is necessary to connect four external buttons to the Dash 2 to operate the menu system and select different display screens (buttons are not supplied with the Dash 2, but any momentary dash mounted/steering wheel button will suffice).Kit Contents: Dash 2 Display Unit Wiring loom with connectors to attach dash to a data logger or PC 1 metre serial lead extension Full Instruction manual Comprehensive instruction manual Mounting template Carrying case (with foam cut interior)

What is actually the Germanic race or the Aryan race?
The term "Germanic race" or "Aryan race" has been historically used to describe a supposed superior race of people of Northern European descent. This concept was popularized by Nazi ideology in the 20th century, promoting the idea of a pure Aryan race as the ideal and superior race. However, these ideas have been widely discredited by modern science and are considered to be based on false and racist beliefs. It is important to recognize that race is a social construct with no scientific basis, and all humans are fundamentally equal regardless of their ancestry.

Cultivating Food Justice : Race, Class, and Sustainability
Documents how racial and social inequalities are built into our food system, and how communities are creating environmentally sustainable and socially just alternatives. Popularized by such best-selling authors as Michael Pollan, Barbara Kingsolver, and Eric Schlosser, a growing food movement urges us to support sustainable agriculture by eating fresh food produced on local family farms. But many low-income neighborhoods and communities of color have been systematically deprived of access to healthy and sustainable food. These communities have been actively prevented from producing their own food and often live in "food deserts" where fast food is more common than fresh food.Cultivating Food Justice describes their efforts to envision and create environmentally sustainable and socially just alternatives to the food system.Bringing together insights from studies of environmental justice, sustainable agriculture, critical race theory, and food studies, Cultivating Food Justice highlights the ways race and class inequalities permeate the food system, from production to distribution to consumption. The studies offered in the book explore a range of important issues, including agricultural and land use policies that systematically disadvantage Native American, African American, Latino/a, and Asian American farmers and farmworkers; access problems in both urban and rural areas; efforts to create sustainable local food systems in low-income communities of color; and future directions for the food justice movement. These diverse accounts of the relationships among food, environmentalism, justice, race, and identity will help guide efforts to achieve a just and sustainable agriculture.

The Race between Education and Technology
An incisive history of American education—its great success in creating prosperity and equality during the twentieth century and its relative decline since the 1970s. “As Goldin and Katz have argued, the 20th century was the American century in large part because it was the human-capital century.Education—knowledge—can help people live better by allowing them to learn from past errors and make new discoveries.” —David Leonhardt, New York TimesThis book provides a careful historical analysis of the co-evolution of educational attainment and the wage structure in the United States through the twentieth century. The authors propose that the twentieth century was not only the American Century but also the Human Capital Century. That is, the American educational system is what made America the richest nation in the world. Its educational system had always been less elite than that of most European nations.By 1900 the U.S. had begun to educate its masses at the secondary level, not just in the primary schools that had remarkable success in the nineteenth century. The book argues that technological change, education, and inequality have been involved in a kind of race.During the first eight decades of the twentieth century, the increase of educated workers was higher than the demand for them. This had the effect of boosting income for most people and lowering inequality. However, the reverse has been true since about 1980.This educational slowdown was accompanied by rising inequality. The authors discuss the complex reasons for this, and what might be done to ameliorate it.

Why is there no bicycle race structured like a car race?
There are several reasons why bicycle races are not structured like car races. Firstly, bicycles are human-powered vehicles, so the speed and endurance of the riders are limited compared to cars. This means that the format of a car race, with long continuous laps, would not be practical for a bicycle race. Additionally, the size and maneuverability of bicycles make it more suitable for a course with tight turns and varied terrain, rather than the wide, smooth tracks used for car races. Finally, the safety considerations for bicycle races are different from those for car races, as the potential for injury is higher for cyclists. Therefore, the structure and format of bicycle races are tailored to the unique characteristics and limitations of the sport.

Why do race cars usually have low-profile tires and why not?
Race cars usually have low-profile tires because they offer better handling and responsiveness due to their shorter sidewalls. This allows the car to have better grip on the road and improved stability during high-speed turns. Additionally, low-profile tires reduce the overall weight of the car, which can improve acceleration and braking performance. However, low-profile tires can also be more susceptible to damage from road debris and can provide a harsher ride compared to tires with taller sidewalls.

Which race in Skyrim?
In Skyrim, there are ten playable races to choose from: Nord, Imperial, Breton, Redguard, High Elf, Wood Elf, Dark Elf, Orc, Khajiit, and Argonian. Each race has its own unique abilities and bonuses, so the best race for a player to choose depends on their preferred playstyle and the type of character they want to role-play. Some players may prefer the Nord for their resistance to cold and battle prowess, while others may choose the High Elf for their magical abilities. Ultimately, the best race in Skyrim is subjective and depends on the individual player's preferences.
